2022 SRO TC America TCA Driver and Team Champions
The 2023 Subaru BRZ TCA is available to order.
Gresham Wagner and TechSport Racing teamed up in 2022 to win the Driver and Team Championships in the highly competitive SRO TC America TCA class.
The BRZ TCA car was built with racing in mind using proven components from SPL Parts, MCI Suspension and Brembo. The TechSport TCA car runs in TCA heavily restricted using a restrictor plate in the intake and roughly 200lbs of ballast. This makes this car a versatile investment. Unrestricted and without ballast we have tested with times similar to the current TC class. The car unrestricted can also race in NASA ST5 & SCCA T3, although we do make a specific T3 version if that is the intended class. Every part used has been carefully chosen to provide reliability and easy service.
The TechSport BRZ platform is the most enjoyable car to race that we have ever experienced, and we have brought driver comforts to TCA not found in other cars. . Improvements in the new TechSport TCA include; side windows, air conditioning, fuel cell, and most importantly the reliability of the larger normally aspirated engine. The Improved 2.4L engine has been incredibly reliable for us so far and the 6 speed transmission was also improved by Subaru for 2022 with stronger gears and carbon synchros, and we have noticed the improvement and reliability with the gearbox.
